This replacement string for medieval crossbows is made of silk cord with leather sinew wrapping.

This crossbow string, actually designed for our medieval crossbow with product no. 0616510400, was supplied in the wrong size (76 cm instead of 86.4 cm) by our manufacturers. Its price has therefore been reduced by over 50% - now only EUR 6.99 instead of EUR 14.99!

Although it cannot be used for the specific model it was originally intended for, this string does not present any manufacturing flaws and is quite a good bargain to grab for your own DIY crossbow project.
