Medieval Front Laced Ankle Boots, High to Late Middle Ages
Very sturdy reconstruction of medieval shoes.
Each ankle boot has two laces for fastening at the side.
Such shoes were worn from ca. 1250 to 1500 AD.
The shoes are available in various sizes. These are standard European ones, but the shape of the shoes is quite narrow, especially at the toes. If you happen to have wider feet or just prefer somewhat roomier shoes, we recommend that you go up a size.
Details: - Material: vegetable tanned leather (cowhide) - Sturdy, yet supple upper leather (approx. 2 mm thick) - Nailed leather sole, approx. 5 mm thick - Colour: dark brown - Available sizes: 40 to 47
