Medieval Cloak with Hood, high-quality cotton
In medieval times, almost everybody owned a cape or cloak. It was not only a piece of clothing in the daytime, but could also serve as a a blanket or sleeping bag at night. There were multiple throat closure possibilies for this type of garment, such as brooches (fibulae), laces/ties, small chains or, further down the line, buttons.
Our cloaks are all equipped with a wooden button and a sewn button loop. Of course, they can also be closed with a fibula or tassel ties.
Details - Material: 100% cotton - Size: one size fits (almost) all, about 135 cm long (measured from the shoulders down) - Washing recommendations: 30°C - Colours: available in light brown, dark brown, green, blue and black
Please note: We would like to point out that this cloak is indeed made from high-quality, sturdy cotton, but is however not waterproofed. The cape is therefore not water-repellent and rather unsuitable for cold autumn/winter days and nights out-of-doors!
